Eraser
The Eraser system is our standard industrial workhorse that can handle most of your demanding applications with ease and is designed for conveyors operating at 300 fpm or faster. This rugged yet versatile conveyor belt cleaner is built around the patented Perma-Torque™ tensioning system and has the most heavy duty mainframe of any other standard system in the industry.
The Eraser comes equipped with a 7¼" tall V5 Raptor blade and the Safe Torque™ Ratchet System. The Safe Torque is one of the industry's most substantial innovations in conveyor belt cleaner design in years. The Eraser can also be used in a Dual Primary setup, providing you with twice the amount of power to clean your conveyor belt.

Micro Eraser
The Micro Eraser is your answer for portable equipment with tight clearance issues and on belts running at 400 fpm or less. Designed with the 5½” tall V5 Raptor blade, the Micro Eraser works best on belts up to 48” wide with head pulleys of 28” in diameter or less. The Micro Eraser is an economical but powerful conveyor belt cleaner.

Super Eraser
The Super Eraser is a Mine Duty cleaner. It has a ¼” thick, 3.5” x 3.5” box steel mainframe and a massive 12” Raptor blade. It will handle anything you throw at it. If you’re dealing with high speed, high tonnage belts, the Super Eraser was built specifically for you.

Eraser XTC
The Eraser XTC is a powerful reversing conveyor cleaner. Choose from polyurethane, tool steel, stainless steel or tungsten carbide blades. The system can handle wet, dry, sticky or slimy conditions.

Gator Guard
Providing superior pinch point protection, the Gator Guard will also reduce material buildup, and works with CEMA B through E rollers up to 7 inches in diameter. The Gator Guard is specifically designed to comply with MSHA regulations on guard construction and guarding of moving machine parts.

Belt Scrapers
KSO2 is a dual durometer wiper that is chemically bonded together and combines 93A and 70A high performance polyurethanes. The KSO3 is a triple durometer wiper that combines two 93A polyurethane layers with a 70A urethane sandwiched between them. Finally, the KSO4 wiper contains ceramic wear beads embedded right into the high performance polyurethane.
